Instructions for Use:

1. Open the package.
2. Hold one part of the liner and remove the pad.
3. Place the pad on the injection site and adhere the tape to the skin.
4. Remove the liner and press the adhesive tape for better adhesion to the skin.

Precautions:

• Discontinue use immediately if any skin issues occur (rash, redness, blisters, peeling, itching, etc.) or signs of infection are suspected.
• Replace the product immediately if blood leakage is observed.
• Remove the pad slowly after use.
• Do not reuse.
• Avoid use if the packaging is open or damaged.
