Product Description

This product features a multi-layer structure designed for wound care, covering, and protecting wounds after surgery. It consists of three layers:

1. Barrier Layer: Prevents exudate leakage.
2. Absorbent Layer: Provides superior absorbency.
3. Wound-Contact Layer: Features a mesh and non-woven fabric in direct contact with the wound.

The product is for single use only.

Uses

The product is a material designed to cover and protect wounds after surgery or burns. It can be adjusted to an appropriate size as needed.

Instructions for Use

1. Clean the Wound

   • Wash the wound using saline solution, clean water, or an appropriate antiseptic solution.
   • If antiseptic is used, rinse thoroughly with saline or clean water to avoid residue.

2. Prepare the Product

   • Remove the product from its packaging.
   • Cut it to the desired size and shape using scissors.
   • Secure it onto healthy skin.

3. Apply the Product

   • Ensure the white absorbent layer faces the wound.
   • Place the product on the wound without any folds.

4. Fixation

   • Secure the product onto healthy skin using surgical tape or a wound bandage to prevent movement.
   • Ensure part of the product edge is exposed to prevent slipping.
   • If exudate is controlled, secure it tightly.

5. Removal and Replacement

   • Gently remove the product starting from the corner to avoid disturbing the wound.
   • If the product sticks to the wound due to low exudate or fragile tissue, inject saline or clean water using a syringe or use a saline-soaked gauze between the wound and the product for easier removal.

6. Replacement Frequency

   • Use the product until exudate leaks from it, but it is recommended to replace it at least once a day.
   • If leakage soils the patient's clothes, cover the product with additional gauze.

Precautions

• Do not use with antiseptics, discoloring agents, organic solvents, or ointments, creams, and oils.
• Use the product immediately after opening the package.
• If storing the product after opening, seal the bag tightly.
• Discontinue use if any abnormalities, such as discoloration or peeling, occur during storage.
• This product is not sterilized.

• Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
