Description:
- Collecting market information, summarizing - analyzing - evaluating and proposing and advising to management on sales and marketing policies, strategies
- Calculating, planning to order goods
- Developing, sales plans, implementing sales methods of each sales staff, guiding and supporting sales staffs to achieve assigned goals
- Implementing searching, recruiting, training, cauching and structuring personnel in each assigned area
- Searching for customers in the assigned area, establishing and expanding relationships with customers
- Providing and promoting product information and policies, regulations and regulations to employees and customers, building up the image of the Company.
- Summarizing and evaluating the situation of human resources, customers, the effectiveness of the Company's programs and policies
- Responsible for debt management, inventory
- Making all reports according to the Company’s regulation and instruction
- Reporting directly to General Director
Requirement:
- Graduating from Intermediate or higher from Medical - Pharmacy schools, majoring in Pharmacy
- Experience in managing OTC channels in the supplement industry
- Active, vivacious, in good health
- Good communication skill
- Good negotiation skills with customers
- Honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility, ability of team-work
- Foreign language: English (speaking, reading, writing)
